Rates - All rates are in Thai Baht.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given (normally 24 hours before arrival).

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, JCB are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Thai Baht.

Cancellation - Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy (see "Hotel Policies").

Check out time - Check out time is at 12:00. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, excluding breakfast, excluding taxes, excluding service charge.
